1.) What is your turnaround time?
The standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday) however this time may vary depending on order volume. If delays are expected, you will be notified.
2.) Do you accept returns?
Each item is made special just for you therefore, we cannot accept returns.
3.) Will I receive a proof of my item?
All scan to pay signs receive a graphic proof before physical production. Proofs are generally sent within 3 business days of submitting your order. Other items do not receive proofs however, if you would like to have a proof, please send us an email with your order number and we'll be sure to contact you before production begins.
4.) What shipping carriers do you use?
UPS is our preferred shipper however we may also ship via USPS.
5.) Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Send us an email to kreativespecialtees@gmail.com as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will be able to make changes or cancel your order. If the order has already started production, we are not able to make changes or cancel.
